I was given a "proposed treatment plan" for a crown. I was to pay half (which I did) and my insurance plan would pay the other half. My insurance paid a very small portion ($400). It will now cost me another $800?? out of pocket. Dr. Chantry's billing department in Yuba City response is their "proposed treatment plan is not accurate, my crown was in the wrong location, I choose the dental plan." I had the fallen off crown and was told not to put back on. An unhappy patient.
