Unprofessional staff. Had an appointment for 10:30, was not seen until 11:30. Dr. Hodges had an inappropriate attitude towards me during my appointment. It was my first appointment here and I was feeling extremely nervous, it showed. I was told what was going to happen, not asked. There was a lot of pain during this as well due to the topical numbing agent wearing off twice very quickly. I was very obviously in pain, and he did not stop when I was jerking in the chair because of the poking and prodding. There was no compassion when I was having a panic attack during my treatment. He simply said 'I am not doing this to you, I am doing it for you' As if I was a teenager being scolded, and continued. There was no 'Are you alright' or anything. The lack of care was unbelievable. He explained things to me as if I were a child. I am an adult, just for clarification. I was also berated for my dental hygiene. This man is the reason so many people, including myself, do not go to the dentist. There is so much overstimulation, anxiety, and shame walking into a dentist already, and it is people like him who prove that. I am very disappointed.
