7 weeks post-operative for partial knee replacement, I have mixed feelings. Dr. Harpstrite does not look you in the eye. He also ignores your comments about pain and inflammation of the joint on your post-op appointment. Further, he also does not answer questions in the portal asking if your progress and condition is normal. These make me feel that he does not care about me. I feel like I went to a joint replacement factory run by robots. I don’t KNOW if he is a good doctor; maybe I will in a few weeks.

Good reason why he is so highly regarded at Queen’s. He and his team turned my decades of osteoarthritis into normal walking! Team is aloha but “on it” as to being helpful and thorough. Excellent experience. Grateful for them all. Thelma, Taylor, Ken & Doc H.
