Was a 10 year patient, and recent Lymphoma survivor. 2 months ago, he sent in the wrong strength of a medication that I've been taking for 10 years. My Daughter picked it up for me, not realizing that it was supposed to be a 10.00 co-pay. Cost her 75.00 for a tier 3 prescription. We called Doctor's office explaining the problem, and asked for a reimbursement for 65.00. After 4-5 calls, we were promised the refund. 2 weeks later, I received a letter from Dr. Gross, that I had been discharged as a patient. It seems that because I called out the fact that he signed off on the wrong Script, he told me to find another Doctor. If you're looking for a spiteful Doctor, Gross is your man. If you're looking for an unprofessional Doctor, Gross is the one to go to. During a Pandemic, he dropped me as a patient. Is that what you're looking for? Good luck.
