I was sent to Dr. Kerner by my GP, he was rude, dismissive and off hand. He removed earwax from my left ear, using a blunt instrument. The pain made me shriek. My visit, regarding recent changes in my speech, was primarily investigative. I understand the cause may not have been an ENT issue but he was angry and unsympathetic
