Dr Heftler has consistently made me feel heard and seen. He is an absolute expert and I have found his candid attitude to be refreshing, like his bedside manner. I never feel rushed. He trusts that I know my body and does NOT discount what I think is going on. Together, we have come up with some good plans for my treatment. I am lucky to have fund him!
