Dr Bott, my name is John Spannbauer (BD 04-12-1932). You performed a triple bypass on me in January of 2001 at North Ridge Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale. I was 68 at the time. Twenty-four healthy years later, I am now 93. We relocated from Boca Raton to Houston, TX a year ago. I am scheduled for a TAVR in a week or so, but have been active biking and moderate weight lifting since my bypass. I'm taking it easy right now but intend to get back to biking as soon as my aortic valve is treated.I just wanted you to know that I have often thought of you and the great work you performed for me, extending my life for 24 years....so far. You were super at the time and I am certain you are super plus now. God bless you and your family and may you enjoy many future years, knowing you have done so much for so many. Thank you again. Most sincerely,John
