He read my chart and came in prepared. He is empathetic and knows how to distract a patient while performing the procedure. Granted it was just injections, but who loves getting needles? The interacts with his staff and they all seem to enjoy working with him, his nurse that checked me in was funny. She was down to earth and didn’t make me feel like I was just one patient in the sea of faces.
