His office staff is incompetent. I received a referral to him from my PCP who faxed my information to them 3 times. I had my PCP's referral coordinator call his office directly. They continue to claim they haven't received my information and wont take responsibility for their lack of action to attempt to contact or schedule me and lack of professionalism.
