Some of the complaints rang true with my initial experience. My first visit felt rushed and I didn’t feel I had enough time. But, importantly, Dr. Segal offered me treatment options and therapy that my prior urologist didn’t. I’ve found this practice to be as close to what practices used to be- responsive and reachable. There are staff nurses who return your calls and get you in for treatment.
