At my first visit, I mentioned meds my PCP placed me on for headaches, which did not work. I provided information on an MRI I had earlier in the year (in another state), which the MD said he would review with me at our next visit. I was prescribed a med & told to call with questions after taking it for a few days. After trying the med, I called the office with questions. No one returned my (4) call(s). (Also, I was prescribed 2 meds, one of which was the failed med my PCP had previously prescribed, which failed to work for me, & I did not understand why this was prescribed & wanted to inquire.) I later had 10/10 pain, and never r'cd a call back from the On Call doctor. I felt like I was on my own with figuring out how to handle my headaches, etc.
