I highly recommend Dr. Brown to anyone who needs a gastroenterologist. I recently went to Dr. Brown because I was often choking while trying to swallow my food, even if I drank water to help it get down my throat. Dr. Brown performed an endoscopy on me and saw that a portion of my esophagus had narrowed, and he stretched that area during my endoscopy and as a result I have had absolutely no problem with easily swallowing food. He carefully explained what he did during the procedure, and what results I should expect, and urged me to contact him right away if I had any further difficulties in swallowing. He worked quickly to identify and solve the problem. He was excellent in explaining what he did during my endoscopy, and arranged a follow up visit in a month to be sure everything was working properly. He was kind and gentle. His office staff is wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a gastroenterologist. He gets a full 5 Stars from me with no hesitation.
