Dr. Klugman is a doctor who took the Hippocratic oath to do no harm, yet he felt it was okay to discharge a family member after decades of service with NO REFERRAL. This family member was not able to get their medications due to Dr. Klugman's complete disregard for their health. If this doctor is still practicing, AVOID AT ALL COST. He does NOT have his patients' best interests in mind.
