I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Jenevieve. I provided all the requested information, as she asked, but after that, I never heard from her again. Despite multiple follow-ups via phone and email, she never responded. This lack of communication and professionalism was incredibly frustrating and left me without the care I needed.
