Welll, this is an old rating board as Dr. Clotheir has been retired about a year now. BUT I had to see her twice when my PCP was unavailable. I found her to be thorough, attentive and she addressed my situation firmly, without any hesitation at all. I would have switched to her as PCP except that she was going to retire out in the next 6mos and obviously wasn't accepting patients.
