Dr. Cox was rude, didn’t listen or ask questions about what we stated was the reason for our visit. She was dismissive, condescending and unprofessional to both me and my teenage son. It was especially shocking since I, the parent, am a specialist and fellow clinician. We will not be returning to her or Sunnyside Pediatrics.
