Dr Gilbert didn’t listen to me at all about my pain. She didn’t ask questions or even look at my back where the pain was from. When I tried to explain more, she got louder and abruptly left the room. I didn’t want medication, I just wanted to know what was wrong with my back. She didn’t get labs or images. No one from the office ever followed up. Turns out it was a common problem that was diagnosed and treated later, when I was lucky enough to found a doctor who actuallylistened.
