I was referred to her by my counselor, I only saw her 1 time. She wrote an RX for what was recommended for my malady. For my 2nd appt, I accidentally confused 2 appointments I had on the same day, I had them backwards in my calendar. Her office called to see if I was coming and that's when I realized what I had done. I sincerely apologized & asked if I could still come as it was only 6 minutes past my appt time and I was close by. The answer was understandably no. Now, I could not reschedule or renew my RX until I paid $150 missed appt fee. I was floored, it was a mistake, not a repeat habit! It was only my 2nd appt! I called & apologized again & asked if I could make payments as I'm low income & the answer was still no. No appt & no RX until I paid the punishment money. I eventually paid it & she still WOULD NOT refill the RX! I had to find another doctor. What "therapist" behaves like this? Her Reverse Therapy: She avoids, humiliates & punishes you. Not cool, get off your throne.
