Just Don’t Go Here to the 4th Floor. You have been Warned.. I tried for a couple years to deal with the Primary Doctors office of Jennifer Joshua and she is a kind doctor BUTTTTTTTT……. The so called works that answer the phones are a waste of air because from those so called irresponsible workers do not provide your message correctly ever or never even document it for some one to call you back at all. So, you have to make multiple upon multiple phone calls to get any answer from the doctor and is freakin rare if you even talk to a nurse and then that’s another problem to try and receive help. You just will not receive help. Nurses do the same exact thing and when and if they do call you back it sounds like it’s a sighhh and suck your teeth to get help like your bothering them. Jus disgusting health providers. You guys are Fired and have no idea how you guys to get in trouble or law suits etc. there is no reason to beg you guys to help me. And that’s all it is trying to get help and you can’t. Soooooooooo, stupid crazy to not get help. And it’s not like your asking for anything special. Referrals system is horrible because you don’t send them to the correct places or if you even do it correctly when asked. I can keep going but why. The so called supervisor has never responded and or ever called when requested. So it will always stay the same. So, now that you lost me you will lose hundreds of thousands of dollars for me.. oh well, Fed Up!!! The please is beautiful but a utter disgrace to the profession and community. Now, I’m sure some will maybe respond to this to make them look better but will never provide a very good response other than a used car dealer that will only go in a 360 direction that never provides a realistic response that’s gets anyone any achievement. Because they will never fix the problems at this facility and people give up and find another doctor. Until, a big wig observes the tons of problems within this office on the fourth floor, patients are gonna be so frustrated and leave like we/I did. Another, set of problems for Rockford and America. Only, if someone with power and big bucks made attempts to call and also step in undercover to see, they would fire the whole floor of workers and start over. So, sad because UW In Wisconsin is Amazing but not here. Just Don’t Go Here to the 4th Floor. You have been Warned..
