CAUTION! When you receive contract/agreed treatment plan and pricing that is not necessarily what Jennifer will follow through with. Our agreement, highlighted on their form with FULL payment for partial braces and upper expander. After completing upper expander treatment & waiting for baby teeth on lower to fall out. Well, our daughter's are extremely slow. 18 months later they did another evaluation, still wasn't ready, but gave me a quote for FULL braces when all her baby teeth have fallen out. I said this appointment was re evaluation for the lower partial braces which I ALREADY paid for in full (and had documentation of). They refused treatment even though I had the agreement from their office. SO, paid $3600 for upper expander. This is just half of the horrible service experience. After the expander removed, they took a mold for retainer. Her gums were pushed up so when retainer was received it cut into her gums because her gum line dropped back down. Refused to fix initially.
