I have a crusty spot on the outer edge of my lower lip. When she sprayed to freeze it she moved the nozzle around like she was killing a bug or spray painting a spot on the wall. The top and inner part of my lower lip are now blistered and painful but the crusty spot has not been touched. Never going back.
