They never put my past review so let’s give it another try. My baby had an appointment with the medical assistant for his second flu shot only to be told once I got there that “the medical assistant was not there and that she was going to arrive after 10. Also, there was no guarantee we we’re going to be seen even if I came back because they are short-staffed”. The office could have called me to make me aware of all this but they did not. Instead I wasted my time looking for child care and taking my baby out on the cold for nothing. I really liked Kim and Dr. Perez but will not bring my children back here. Seems like the staff does not care about the patients. How irresponsible! Another thing I noticed on more than one occassion is that one of their staff members is not very polite either...
