As a person, Jennifer is lovely and very sweet. I was horribly unsatisfied with her as a practitioner. I came to her in early 2024 with almost every symptom of PCOS, had done my research, and was absolutely miserable. She told me she thought I was just depressed and sent me on my way with a prescription for a glp-1 that my insurance didn't cover. I came back a few months later complaining of the same things as before and requested hormone testing. She insisted it 'wasn't necessary' but agreed to an ultrasound upon my request. After my third visit to her office, and an ultrasound suggesting I could have PCOS, along with a list of textbook symptoms, she stated it wasn't enough to diagnose me and sent me to a PCP. Once my symptoms continued to get worse and I was dismissed again, I went to a reproductive endocrinologist for further testing and was finally taken seriously. My blood work pointed right at PCOS. Very disappointed someone with high ratings was so dismissive.
