Dr. Wong is an excellent physician, and I have great confidence in her care. Unfortunately, communication with the office staff especially regarding surgery scheduling—has been extremely frustrating. We were told someone would call to schedule the surgery, but no call was made in November 2025. After months of repeated calls, voicemails, and follow-ups through December and now January 2026, we still did not receive a return call and were repeatedly told to call back on different days since the scheduler “not in the office”. Spending three months trying to schedule an important surgery is unacceptable and detracts from an otherwise positive medical experience. I respectfully suggest that office communication and follow-up processes be reviewed and improved, as this experience has been unlike any we have encountered with other medical practices.
