My experience here was really bad. I was told I was paying for a comprehensive case that would come with as many refinements as would be needed to complete my treatment. But, I was only given one refinement, and issues that weren't corrected I was told other people who can't afford orthodontic treatment have to deal with every day and that I needed to just take care of my teeth and accept what Dr. Apekian did. I was then dismissed as a patient without my treatment being completed. I would argue that Dr. Apekian should apply this logic to a number of things in her office that she doesn't need before using it as rationalization to take advantage of her patients. She lied to me, was very condescending and full of herself, and she would not listen to me when I called her out, nor apologize for her mistakes. Her staff also diminished my feelings and lied to me in order to silence me. My other review that more thoroughly outlines my experience here is on Google Reviews. See a dentist who doesn't demean anxious patients. You won't find that here, in Jenny Apekian or her staff.
