My appt was at 2:40. I arrived at 2:30 and asked if he was on time. The receptionist said he was. I sat in the waiting room for one hour. I sat in the exam room for half an hour. I exited and went to the front desk to get a refund of my copay. He walked in to the room after I left and asked if I had gone to the bathroom. I was standing at the checkout desk and replied, that I was getting a refund due to him wasting my time. He shrugged and walked into the next room.
