He is not my PCP but I'm seen at park west. Had blood work done 4/24 & on 4/27 I got a call to set up further testing. This had me worried & heightened my anxiety. I called my Drs office around 430, & found out they closed at 230p. I selected Non-Er but still felt I needed to speak to someone. Jerome called back & I explained the situation, he literally told me to 'GET A GRIP' said I was overreacting & he cannot help me with new meds. I informed him, more than once, I didn't want any meds. He blatantly said something along the lines of 'I'm not a psychologist, and can't help you' when I requested his name he hung up on me. I called and left another VM explaining the utter disgust in his callousness. He called, yet again but I let it go to VM. He said he looked at my charts, & the only thing noted is elevated cholesterol to which he said I won't die from that, yet He apologized that I got upset as if it was not justified. This man is a sorry excuse for a dr.
