Dr. Sethna is very compassionate and validating. She helps challenge, reframe, and refocus negative thoughts. She is very knowledgeable with appropriate medication for clients, if needed. She's very attentive and has great active listening skills. I drive 1.5hrs to see her, and it's absolutely worth it!
