I have been a patient for 7 years & until recently had very good care. That no longer is the case. I have eye surgery scheduled & needed to have a question answered so I phoned his nurse. I left a message with someone just before New Year's & he said he would let the doctor's nurse know. I did not receive a call back. On 1/23 I called & left a message for the nurse to call me. Still no response. Left a message on 1/26; 1/27 and 1/31 all of which went unanswered. I went to the office on 2/1 & asked to see the nurse. I was told she was busy & I stated I would wait. I needed my questions answered & also wanted to know why she was ignoring my calls. After waiting for some time she finally came out & wouldn't look at me. I yelled wanting to know why she wouldn't return my calls. I was asked to leave the office by another nurse. I left a message for Dr. Klein & never heard back from him. I had to cancel my eye surgery until I can find another cardiologist to clear me. So very disappointed.
