I have been going to the office for more than 6 years and my parents too. I have to put 2 crowns and the first crown fell and when I went to the next visit I told them to put enough glue on the second temporary che own. As soon as I left the office it fell. The have new dental assistants that they don’t supervise. I cannot take more time off from work for mistakes from new employees. THEY Even put a gause with AlCOHOL inside my mouth to take out the ink on top of my tooth. Where the dental assistant learned that you can put alcohol inside the mouth? She didn’t even see my uniform? I am a nurse and she doesn’t read on the alcohol bottle that is for external only? I asked the owner to call my back when I called to make the appointment to put it back and send an email to the office and no one has called me back or owner. Too bad good setting and office but the staff need to be trained.
