Apparently only patients need to be on time for appointments. I was told that she would call me for a virtual appt to follow up on tests that I received. I did not get a call so called the office to see if she was there. The person who answered the phone said ' oh she's running late' and I said I understand, but I would appreciate if someone had let me know. Receptionist should have called or messaged mychart to let me know. Then she told me 'she can call later' I gave her a new time to call. Then 40 minutes later she called me, and I was unable to answer as I had another scheduled appt. I left 3 messages in my chart asking her to message her input regarding my tests results and not a word. I'm disgusted. I asked my brother who is a doctor 'am I right in seeing this as unprofessional?' He agreed it was not handled well. I've never had a doctor act like that. My symptoms have been impacting my life and I just want answers, this was dismissive. Disgraceful.
