I had to go to the ER at Mercy Hospital in February 2017 and was taken care by Dr. Quinones. She was very fast in ordering the different tests to find the cause of my problem, as well as to a very detailed explanation of the results. After I read, before leaving the ER, the copies of the results information I had some doubt or confusion about some of the explanation. She took the time again, to go over them with me. This had a calming effect on my anxiety and worries.
