When it came to selecting my IOL lens for use after cataract surgery, despite what I said I wanted, she strongly suggested otherwise and I went with her professional opinion. She spent no more than about 2 minutes on this decision. My deferring to her suggestion ultimately resulted in a significant fixed loss of vision post surgery. No problems with surgery portion, but my eyesight is severely diminished now without glasses from what I had without glasses before surgery. She was far too casual about it and took no time at all to discuss. She absolutely did not take the time to explain a single potential risk or loss that might occur. I regret trusting her as a medical professional in this significant decision portion of my treatment. My loss...
