Five yrs ago, Dr Lighthall performed a lower face & neck lift for me. She also performed an upper & lower eyelid lift. My upper lids still look good, lower lids were not much improved. I can live with that. The biggest disappointment is that after 3 yrs, I noticed that the skin on my lower face & neck was starting to sag again. I expected her work to last closer to 10 years, as we had discussed beforehand. Certainly not 3! I have been back to see her twice in the past 2 years to show her how the sagging has progressed. She takes the time to look at my face & neck and discuss the situation. She acknowledges the problem but offers no solution. Her explanation is that I have saggy skin & there’s nothing that can be done. Everyone at her office has always been very nice, as is Dr Lighthall. But I spent a lot of money for her expertise & I definitely don’t feel that I got my money’s worth.
