You definitely should go by the bad ratings. She’s intelligent and knows her stuff, but her bedside manner is to the point where I’m willing to drive an hour and a half up to Albany just to receive better care. She makes you feel like a garbage parent and literally gives her patient’s care givers anxiety prior to a visit. Anxiety to the point where we frequently cancelled appointments the day of. That is not healthcare. She should be encouraging these families and not looking down on them. That is the type of behavior that prevents people from returning, which is precisely why we left her practice years ago. Albany medical has been wonderful and we’ve comfortably been able to manage my child’s condition without feeling crippling anxiety when it comes to visits. I am being generous and giving her two stars only because she’s clearly intelligent.
