I took my daughter to See Dr Jill Hansen, she was having breathing difficulties and hives, which we thought were caused by rubber and were not, she unprescribed her epi pens and said she did not need them... the epi we had, expired. Instead of working for her and trying to find answers she told us"it was all in her head" she had a reaction a few weeks later, i requested assistance 3 times she declined to see her. Told us to use cortisone, and it would go away. SHE DOES NOT LISTEN TO PATIENTS OR THIER PARENTS. We moved to a new allergist that day who was concerned about her condition, took her in, started testing and some treatment, now 6 months later, continued issues, testing and working together with the new doctor, turns out she has a rare medical condition, that can cause anaphylaxis. The new doctor treated the symptoms as they came while looking for answers. Thats what you expect a Dr to do, not make you or your child feel crazy, like they are making it up.
