Patient Reviews
May 29, 2025
This office has provided the worst care I have ever received from a 'doctor' before. They requested labs from my other doctor so that could be reviewed before I went in for further bloodwork. After not hearing from them for over a week, I called to make sure they received the results. The person I spoke with was extremely rude, she said when they receive the results they will call me, I was told not to call them to follow up. Turns out, they had my results, they received them THE DAY THEY REQEUSTED THEM. The person I spoke with was just too lazy to do some work to look into it, and there is apparently no organization in that office since no one called me when they were received. Meanwhile, I was off my medication which caused issues, when I didn't have to be. Additionally, this practice wants to impose a 4% credit card fee, which is above the fee imposed by the credit card company, so they want to make money off of charging you for your bill.
