(One year status report post prostatectomy: PSA zero. Incontinence zero. Sexual function 100%! Dr. Hu is one of the leaders in robotic assisted surgery and living in NYC I could have gone to MSKCC, but I am very happy I went with Weil Cornell and Dr. Hu).One year ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and was referred to Dr. Hu. (I am 65 yrs old). After the biopsy I did a lot of research on surgery vs radiation. In my consultation with Dr. Hu, my wife and I were extremely impressed with his calming, reassuring manner and knowledge. His explanation was very detailed but easy to understand for the lay-person. During the consult I made the decision to go with surgery over radiation for several reasons. Surgery went great and never had a real problem with incontinence and that went away quickly.I never doubted in my mind that Dr. Hu would be my surgeon and his entire staff and team was fantastic!Thank you again Dr. Hu!
