X-rays required. The dentist did not want to see me without X-rays.I don’t have pain or major problems with my teeth but getting X-rays done every time you goto the dentist seems excessive.Imagine seeing your primary care provider and they say, “can’t see you till we do a full body X-ray.”What happened to the hands on assessment then making a decision for an X-ray to further look into a possible diagnosis.X-rays are a diagnostic test not an assessment.Asking the dental assistant if the dentist wanted to speak with me, the response was. 'no she is busy right now.'This dentist might be kind and good at her job, but I am convinced if the staff responds specific ways then the dentists are not looking at patient care as the whole patient. The staff is a reflection on the dentist and how they operate.
