I found Dr. Pratt after experiencing a bad treatment from another dental office. They ruined my tooth and I need to do a crown immediately. Dr. Pratt was patient to hear my experience and did a thorough examination. She recommended me to do a root canal before putting on a crown which will save my tooth for long term. She took time to explain my treatment options including wearing a night guard to protect my teeth since I would grand my teeth while sleeping. The previous dentist never mentioned those things and never explain anything before the procedure. Dr. Pratt is more professional and really care about the patients.
