Dr. Preibisz was my primary care physician years ago when she was in private practice on the UES in New York City. She was, hands down, the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure, and good fortune, of knowing and receiving care from. When she left New York to pursue other opportunities in the healthcare field, I was genuinely saddened, knowing I had lost a true jewel in an already difficult healthcare landscape to navigate. As a woman of color, our health concerns are not always taken seriously, and finding providers who listen, care, and advocate can be daunting. The quality of care is often disproportionately lower, which makes exceptional physicians even more rare. During the years I was under her care, I brought forward health concerns and issues that Dr. Preibisz never once dismissed or ignored. She listened, she took action, and she treated me with respect, compassion, and professionalism every single time. I am sharing this so others can know how truly special Dr. Preibisz is and the profound impact she has had on my life. If I could give six stars...I would without a second of hesitation. My only other wish would be to once again have her leading my care...she is a true "diamond".
