I don’t recommend Dr. Day or Dr.Collins for your child pediatrician. Dr.Collins shows lack of empathy. Has no emotions whatsoever. Dr.Collins doesn’t pay attention to details,milestones,development,and other things. I had several concerns regarding my child eating and weight gain, and she always said it was normal and which another doctor had to figure that it was not normal .She also takes a week to call you about test results after a another doctor called you the same day. She doesn’t do a lot of things correct so you have to call back to get her to get fix prescriptions. She doesn’t call back to the point another doctor made a referral request for a case manager. I gave Dr.Collins 10 chances to get it together and finally requested a new pediatrician. Got to Dr. Day and let her know that I had some questions regarding my child. About 2 to 3 questions Doctor Day seemed Overwhelmed. I couldn’t even get all of my questions out because she rushed out of the door. Also decided to bring Dr. Collins in the office and ask her some questions and Doctor Collin’s has No emotion. If we wanted to see Dr.Collin’s we would have scheduled an appointment with her.We had an appointment November 28 and was supposed received a call regarding my child prescription. Today we have still not heard from Dr.Day. As well as my child medical company claims she is refusing to sign the prescription. I’ve called nurse advice line for her to call me and she still hasn’t. I don’t understand the level of unprofessional behavior ever. Not once was I disrespectful. I greeted Dr.Collin’s with a “nice to see you “ a fake smile and no words. I don’t appreciate Dr. Day not caring as well maybe because of her friendship with Dr.Collins? I’m not sure I just want a Great doctor that’s responsible,respectful and stay on top of doctor responsibilities for my child. Nurse Erica is the best Nurse ever. Attitude never changes. She truly meant to be with children . She is always amazing.
