Dr. Luchs seems pleasant and competent. The receptionist is incredibly sweet. His tech assistant in PSL is fantastic. You will never be able to reach him by phone. The coordinator refuses to allow me to speak with him. He insisted on an extra trip to an allergist that I didn’t have and an EKG for a 58 yr old !!The surgical coordinator refuses to return calls, is unprofessional and completely rude. As a business owner I would lose all my clients treating them as I have been treated by her. Also don’t plan on seeing Dr Luchs after surgery as you get pawned off to someone else.
