Dr. Mohan performed colonoscopy / Dr Lin provided. anesthesia on 07/27/22. Money budgeted in my HSA, to cover out of pocket. Dr. Lin's office waited to bill me 464.51, about one year after (7-14-23) / 7 months after insurance settled with them (10-21-22). I spoke with Jamie in billing & explained that their very late billing practice caused me lose HSA money for that year. Still, I pay bills, and believed that since they messed up on Billing. they should provide some sort of discount on amount owed. Office rejected that proposal. Ridiculous / unprofessional / inconsiderate. So, I've asked Dr Mohan to speak with this office and at the very least she will know how unfairly a support doctor to her treats her patients. I would like to speak with Dr. Lin directly can't believe he's aware of this B.S.
