a) wait times for my appointments have always been 5 minutes or less to be taken into the examining room to start the process with the nurse. And after that about the same or less for Dr. Landzberg to come in. b) Dr. Landzberg has an incredible way about him - he has a smile that lights up the room. He is very warm and friendly while at the same time being a consummate professional. He discusses the issues with you, listens ATTENTIVELY to your opinion and gives his very considerable considered expert opinion. It is very reassuring to be in the presence of an extraordinary doctor like him. I cannot recommend him HIGHLY ENOUGH!
