I wasn't too happy with my first UCLA primary so I switched to Dr. Thomas and I am so glad I did! I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes yet he never makes me feel rushed while he's with me. Always looks you in the eye and has an actual conversation, instead of just taking notes on his laptop. Listens well and asks questions and responds accordingly. Almost immediate issuance of referrals and prescriptions. Never have to call back like with other doctors. Recalls and follows up on past issues. Reminds me of my previous old-timely doctors who actually care about the individual in front of them instead of being run by insurance and impossibly tight scheduling. Highly recommend!
