Patient Reviews

I saw Dr. Papa several months ago for a boil I had in my right armpit. It was swollen and had to be drained. She did an in-office procedure where she used a scalpel to slit a hole for pus to ooze. Despite the procedure being a bit uncomfortable, I was happy to get this done since I had been feeling discomfort with this boil there. However, I noticed how HUGE the slit she cut was. I remember mentioning something along the lines of, isn’t this wound cut too big? I showed my family and they all thought I needed stitches because of how big the hole the Dr. cut was but with an infection you have to leave it open. My mother was almost in tears seeing the huge slit. We were all doubtful it would ever close up. We were right! It has yet to heal and it’s been months. It’s still oozing pus and I can barely use my arm. The cut flap has overlapped and is thick and won’t close up! I called Dr. Papa to inform her of this and she didn’t seem to care. I’m sure as long as she is paid she doesn’t give
