Dr. Smid’s attention to detail was most impressive. My tests were done during an emergency visit to the hospital and my initial appointment with him came days later, even though it was scheduled prior to my hospitalization. When he came into the exam room, he had obviously read the radiology reports on a CT, MRI and a peripheral venous ultrasound. He explained the procedure that I need as well as what steps I can take to prevent issues until the procedure is done. OrthoCarolina Laurinburg continues its tradition of amazing surgeons!
