Dr. Sutherland is a skilled surgeon, and I appreciate his expertise and willingness to perform an emergency surgery on my father. His laparoscopic sites are healing well and I appreciate the care he was given. I would have been grateful if the team would have followed through with addressing a pre existing condition that could have been taken care of with a simple referral while at the hospital. Viewing the patient as a whole, rather than just their surgery sites would have been appreciated.
