John Cha is extremely arrogant, unprofessional, and does not know how to communicate effectively. His facility at 656 East Regent Street in Inglewood is poorly maintained, with dirty walls, outdated equipment, and an unclean environment. During my visit, Dr. Cha handled my injury aggressively, showing little regard for my comfort. When I mentioned recommendations from other doctors, he rudely dismissed them, stating, 'I’m not here to treat you.' Furthermore, Dr. Cha failed to properly diagnose my condition, offering no thorough explanation or clinical reasoning for his conclusions, and misleadingly downplayed the severity of my injury. His failure to communicate and provide accurate medical assessments is deeply concerning and undermines trust in his ability to provide competent care.Additionally, his administrative process is inefficient, with paperwork taking 3–4 weeks to process, and no effort to communicate delays.
